My Story
Let me take you on a journey that started in 2007, when I first dipped my toes into the tech world as a curious Project Trainee at CSS Corp. Fresh out of college, I was the kind of person who loved solving puzzles—only now, those puzzles were software bugs. That initial spark for quality assurance? It hit me hard, and I knew I was hooked on making technology work better.

By 2012, I had stepped up as a Senior Test Engineer at Aries E-Solutions, where I got to dive deep into test planning and execution. There’s something incredibly satisfying about turning a chaotic pile of code into a smooth, functioning system. Seeing the impact of my work, especially when I helped enhance the Vessel Management System, streamlining operations and boosting efficiency across entire fleets. Now that was a truly rewarding challenge!​
​In 2014, I switched gears and dove into the healthcare industry as a QA Analyst at PracticeSuite India Pvt Ltd. Here, I got to explore the intricacies of medical billing and HIPAA compliance. Working in Agile and Scrum environments, I thrived on reducing defect rates and making sure that every piece of software was as reliable as it could be. Plus, I loved being able to break down complex QA methodologies for clients—turning tech talk into something everyone could understand.

2020 brought another exciting chapter as I joined SE-MENTOR SOLUTIONS as a Senior Quality Engineer. This role was all about healthcare projects, and I embraced the chance to implement advanced automation strategies that streamlined processes and boosted data integrity. It was challenging, it was rewarding, and it reinforced my love for making technology work seamlessly.

But my story doesn’t stop there. My curiosity led me to St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, where I took on a course in Data Analytics for Business. Not only did I dive deeper into the world of data-driven decision-making, but I also found joy in helping others as a Peer Tutor, guiding fellow students through the complexities of data analytics. This experience also opened my eyes to the exciting possibilities of integrating AI and advanced analytics into software testing. I’m fascinated by how AI can transform testing processes, making them more efficient and precise. The idea of exploring these new frontiers in testing is something that fuels my passion for continuous learning and innovation.

I’ve spent my career making sure that technology works smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Whether it’s hunting down bugs, streamlining processes, or diving into data, I’m all about making tech better for everyone.
